About the job
We are a well-established insurance brokerage company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Supervisor to join our team to support the daily financial operations and oversee key administrative workflows.
Financial Operations Responsibilities
· Reconcile bank accounts monthly and as required
· Oversee online payments and credit/debit card transactions
· Manage insurer and general accounts payables
· Monitor accounts receivables
· Balance and process daily deposits and provide backup support as needed
· Prepare and submit Government Stamp Duty filings
· Generate and review system reports
Supervision & Administration Responsibilities
· Supervise junior team members
· Provide backup support for payment posting and general administrative tasks
· Supervise and coordinate with vendors and service providers
· Assist with compliance audits and related regulatory tasks
· Arrange and assist with planning company events and internal initiatives
· Perform other duties as assigned
What you bring
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
What we offer
Competitive salary in the range of CI$60,000 to CI$72,000 per annum depending on experience, health insurance, pension, 20-days’ vacation and eligible for an annual bonus.
