Executive Vice President - Europe and Africa Full-time Job

We are looking for an Executive Vice President Europe and Africa for our client AFA Dispensing, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This position will be responsible for leading and managing AFA’s EUAF Business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee European and Africa’s strategy, marketing, sales, business development, and operations.CompanyAFA Dispensing Group (AFA) is a global leader in technologically advanced dispense systems.

AFA is a privately owned company with branches across Asia, America, and Europe, AFA offers comprehensive services from research and innovation to mass production and customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage the EUAF profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiencies and cost management.Develop and execute regional strategy and business plans within the company's strategic framework, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating closely with R&D and quality assurance teams.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials and services.Champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives to create a culture of workplace safety and sustainability across all operational activities.Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, built teams, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and accountability to achieve regional objectives.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization and innovation.Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity in the face of unforeseen challenges or disruptions.ProfileMaster’s degree in commerce, business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a global environment with preference to commercial, entrepreneurship experience.Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the packaging industry, with extensive experience in sales, business development and operations management.Knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and manufacturing technologies.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive organizational change.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and driving execution at all levels of the organization.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to drive growth, sales and operational efficiency and effectiveness.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the resilience and adaptability to navigate complex challenges and lead successful outcomes.
