The opportunity

As Director of AI Services – AI Data, Governance and Attestation, you will drive the development and delivery of Assurance AI services (including AI data quality & AI model testing) across Switzerland. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Assurance AI service offerings, building and scaling the team, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of AI data quality/readiness and model testing and validation frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee data quality testing protocols to ensure integrity and reliability of AI-ready data used in Assurance engagements.
• Drive on go-to-market strategies, including client activation, proposal development, and engagement acceptance.
• Collaborate across Assurance subservice lines to integrate AI governance into broader transformation and risk offerings.
• Engage shared services and centers of excellence to standardize data supply chain operations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and internal leadership.
