ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive secretarial support to MDManage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Any other form of ad hoc support to members of the team as required.Oversee full diary management including scheduling appointments and meetings.Schedule and coordinate a variety of meetings, conference calls, and video conferences (both internal and external).Assist in the preparation and printing of materials for meetings.Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.Complete and submit claims for corporate card expenses and out-of-pocket business expenses.Ensure timely submission and compliance with corporate and travel policies.Order and manage stationery and office supplies.Archive, file, scan, and print documents as needed.Prepare and set up refreshments for major meetings.Perform ad-hoc duties such as organizing team-building and bonding events.RequirementsExperience:Minimum of 10-12 years of experience providing full secretarial support to senior leaders and teams. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education:Minimum A-level, Polytechnic diploma, or secretarial qualifications.

Skills:Fast learner with the ability to connect the dots.Strong coordination and management of competing priorities with various stakeholders.Proven team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.Ability to work independently without supervision.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlinesWillingness to work overtime to complete tasks.
