We work with some of the worlds best game publishers and brand to elevate their properties into amazing esports experiences - having delivered tournaments, content and shows in a variety of games, including eg.: Counter-Strike, DOTA 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League and Fortnite.Based in the studio in Berlin, you'll be part of a global team supporting top-tier esports productions around the world. As a key member of the Esports Operations Team, your day-to-day work will be rooted in our Berlin studio, where you'll collaborate closely with players, teams and our onsite production.

While most of your time will be spent at our cutting-edge facility, you'll also have the opportunity to travel occasionally to support major live events on site.We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our Esports Operations team at BLAST. In this role, you'll provide direct support to the Esports Operations Manager across a wide range of compliance and operational responsibilities. You'll help drive day-to-day compliance operations: from conducting investigations and drafting rulings to maintaining case documentation and developing procedural guidelines, while also assisting with the coordination of match operations, team logistics, and player experience initiatives.

This position sits at the intersection of competitive integrity, operations and player support, offering the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams to ensure BLAST's esports ecosystem operates with consistency, transparency, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Esports Compliance OperationsProvide day-to-day operational and project coordination support for the Esports Rules & Compliance teamHandling of investigations and disciplinary proceedings relating to infringements of competitive regulations, ensuring proper administrationPreparing comprehensive investigative reportsDrafting memos and rulingsOrganizing and managing procedural calendars and documentsDrafting disciplinary correspondences (formal letters, correspondence, formal warnings, notices, and other compliance-related letters)Assisting in drafting policies and procedural guidelinesCompiling and analyzing data related to compliance cases, behaviour checks and produce quarterly and annual esports compliance reportsAssist projects that aim to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the esports compliance programEsports Operations CoordinationSupporting Esports Match preparations and team communicationDeveloping timeline for match week tasks (e.g. roster locks, line up submissions)Communicate deadline and requirements to participating teamsVerify team compliance with lineup and roster submission protocolsCoordinating Team/Player Travel and logisticsCollect travel data from teams, including player and staff detailsCoordinate with stakeholders to manage travel bookings (flights, hotels,transportation)Assist teams with obtaining necessary visas and travel documentsResolve logistical issues related to travel plansEnhancing Player ExperienceCollaborate with stakeholder to define the player experience goalsDevelop event-specific plans for accommodations, meals, and transportationCoordinate pre-event briefings for players to communicate expectationsRequirementsEducational background in law, paralegal studies, or a related field; experience within a sports or esports organization is a strong advantageDemonstrated experience in disciplinary, integrity, or compliance matters within sports or esports environmentsExceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and attention to detailExcellent reading comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency with the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Previous experience or volunteer work in an esports or sports organization is a plusComfortable working in an international, fast-paced, and cross-functional environmentBenefitsAt BLAST, you'll join a creative, collaborative, and international environment where no two days are the same.
