ERP Developer (NetSuite) Full-time Job

Job Summary:

The ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations, scripts, and integrations within the NetSuite platform. The role involves close collaboration with finance, operations, and IT teams to streamline processes, improve system performance, and ensure that business requirements are efficiently met through scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, or 2.1).

Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Customize NetSuite forms, workflows, and dashboards to align with business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.

Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.

Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and new feature releases.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience developing and customizing NetSuite ERP applications.

Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and SuiteFlow.

Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, Inventory, CRM, or Procurement.

Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or Mulesoft is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Experience in travel industry is a plus.
