Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOC’s 2030 sustainability goals.JOB PURPOSE:Follows up on all projects to ensure timely completions, achievements of project objectives, and adherence to ADNOC project guidelines, Value Assurance Process, and best project execution practices. Support on Projects in all Phases (FEL & Execute), Tendering and Award of the projects.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Project Coordination & Interface ManagementAct as a central point of contact between ADNOC internal teams, OPCOs, and international shareholders.Ensure alignment and timely communication across all stakeholders involved in project execution.Facilitate project reviews and approvals, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.Technical Advisory & Strategic SupportProvide expert technical input to the Project Department Manager.Advise on strategic decisions related to engineering scope, design reviews, and execution plans.Support the development and implementation of engineering strategies that align with ADNOC’s operational goals.Documentation & ReviewPrepare and review engineering documentation across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, etc.).Ensure all documentation complies with ADNOC standards and project-specific requirements.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to validate technical deliverables.Site Visits & Field AssessmentsConduct regular site visits to onshore and offshore facilities.Assess field conditions, verify as-built documentation, and identify gaps or discrepancies.Report findings and recommend corrective actions to ensure project integrity.Compliance & StandardsEnsure all engineering activities adhere to ADNOC’s HSE guidelines and regulatory standards.Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and other safety reviews as required.Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder EngagementEngage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and design reviews.Maintain clear and professional communication with all project participants.WORK CONTACTS:InternalProduction teamsAll UnitsAll DirectoratesExternalAll external communications as required subject to Management approval.INDEPENDENCE OF OPERATION:Work Planning/OrganizingDelivering the work assignments in timely manner with precision.Strong written and oral commutation skills PHYSICAL EFFORT:Minimal – Regular sitting, standing, walking, attending meetings, workshops and keyboard use up to 50% of the work dayWORK ENVIRONMENT:70% Air Conditioned Office30% Field VisitsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :B.Sc. degree in an engineering discipline.More than 5 years’ of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.Computer knowledge in different software programs.Knowledge of HSE aspects and requirements as applied to industrial projects.Competent in English language.
