What You Will Be Doing
Cultivate self-directed learning by coaching students to establish and pursue personalized educational goals
Deliver specialized instruction in emotional intelligence and core literacy skills, collaborating with our dedicated Reading Specialists

Early Childhood Specialist Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the cultivation of autonomy and essential life competencies in our K-2 learners, establishing a robust foundation for lifelong educational achievement and personal development.
Basic Requirements
Commitment to in-person instruction at one of our vibrant campuses in Phoenix, Tampa, or Austin
Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4-8 in educational environments, after-school programs, athletic coaching, or similar developmental settings
Demonstrated expertise in growth mindset implementation and performance coaching techniques
Genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI and emerging technologies into educational practices
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
While the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy, we encourage all applicants who meet our core requirements!
Academic credentials in early childhood development, education, reading intervention, or related disciplines
Specialized training or certifications in progressive early learning approaches (CDA, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.)
Professional background as a K-2 educator, literacy coach, or reading specialist with formal training in phonics and reading methodologies
Previous work in educational environments that prioritize individualized learning pathways and technological integration

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
