Featuring state-of-the-art automation and robotics, this facility will supercharge our ability to deliver to customers on time and in full.We’re on the hunt for a high-energy and results-driven DC Supervisor to support and lead this high-performing team and set the standard for operational excellence.About The RoleAs a DC Supervisor, you will be accountable for the day to day running of an operational team within the DC environment. In this hands on role, you’ll ensure processes are efficient, accurate and you will be responsible for always ensuring there is a safe work environment.You WillDrive a culture of safety and high performanceChampion continuous improvement and operational efficiencyDeliver exceptional customer outcomes – on time, in fullLead from the front, supporting the team to achieve their goalsEnsure clear accountability for results, people, and processThis role is Monday – Friday working 8:30am to 5pm.
