Job DescriptionCan you envision being in the heart of the business transformation of the LEGO Group?Join a top global brand to lead strategic transformation programmes, incl. digital transformation programmes in the Strategy & Transformation Team with a high exposure across the LEGO Group.Location for this position can be either Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark or in our London Hub.Core ResponsibilitiesWith your excellent ability to understand strategy and translate it into executional transformations with clear objectives and key results, you will drive end-to-end global large-scale transformations.Ensure a high level of engagement of senior leaders, up to C-suite, and bring them on the change journey associated with the transformation!This includesMobilising the cross-functional transformation team, selecting methodology and approach, and establishing an appropriate governance structure.Making complex programmes simple to understand and run.Crafting visibility on progress through a fact-based approach to reporting.Diving into problem-solving and providing a sensible/data-driven recommendation on the content when relevant.Reviewing results and applying a structured problem-solving approach when meeting gaps, obstacles, and risks throughout the transformation delivery.Mentoring and coaching team members to deliver.Play your part in our team succeedingThe S&T team at the LEGO Group leads Corporate Strategy development, transformation, and value realisation on key company priorities.We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and groundbreaking topics.Do you have, what it takes?A finance, business, or management degree, combined with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels in the organisation – this role requires true collaboration across the organisation.+10 years of demonstrated success in management consulting or an internal FMCG transformation role.A strong sense of drive and learning agility, being proactive and resourceful.Demonstrated history of effectively delivering major global critical business projects and transformations.Strong structuring, storytelling, and communication skills.An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape.Functional knowledge and experience in digital, marketing, and/or commercial would be a plus.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
