We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build and lead a high-performing engine that fuels pipeline growth across inbound, outbound, and ABM motions. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of all demand generation programs, including managing the BDR organization to ensure tight alignment, high-quality outbound execution, and predictable pipeline creation.This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the center of GTM. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to define priorities, build scalable systems, orchestrate campaigns, and ensure seamless progression from awareness to qualified opportunity.ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation Leadership Own the integrated demand generation strategy across digital, paid, ABM, events, and outbound amplification Lead multi-channel campaign execution (email, paid social, search, content syndication, partnerships, webinars, etc) Oversee pipeline targets, budget allocation, channel mix, and forecastingABM & Outbound Orchestration Design and operationalize targeted ABM programs for enterprise accounts, aligning with sales segments and GTM priorities Own account tiering, orchestrated plays (Clay workflows, enrichment, sequencing), and outbound messaging strategy Partner closely with the BDR team to ensure program execution is coordinated, personalized, and tied to account intentBDR Organization Leadership Manage the in-house and contract BDR team, including outbound KPIs, dashboards, messaging frameworks, and review cadences Ensure rigorous follow-up on marketing leads, ABM plays, inbound handoff processes, and closed-loop attribution Collaborate with Sales leadership to align on ICP, scoring, qualification, and conversion targetsMarketing Operations & Systems Oversee the Marketing Operations function (HubSpot, Clay, GA4, automation workflows, scoring, routing) Ensure BDR, sales, and marketing workflows are documented, efficient, and continuously improvedAnalytics & Performance Own reporting across pipeline contribution, outbound performance, and campaign analytics Present insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership weekly Continuously optimize campaigns, messages, workflows, and sequencing based on data and intent signalsRequirementsQualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS Hands-on experience with marketing automation, digital marketing, and analytics Proven success architecting multi-channel programs that generate enterprise pipeline Strong experience with ABM, outbound orchestration, Clay/automation tools, and HubSpot or similar Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Collaborative mindset and proven success working with content, brand, and sales/SDRs Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple programs at once Comfort with fast-moving, high-growth environments and willingness to learn/adapt quicklyBenefitsFlexible WFH environmentCompetitive salary and health benefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K
