Position overview:Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and evolve the corporate brand architecture, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. Develop company overview messaging and collateral to be shared with customers, partners and the media.Social Media & Digital EngagementCraft and execute a social media approach (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) that amplifies thought leadership and drives engagement. Partner with executives to build their brands and leverage them as spokespeople.

Monitor social analytics, adjust content deliverables, and report on KPIs.AI Tools & Process OptimizationLeverage AI-driven platforms for content generation, analytics, and social listening to improve productivity and insights. Continually assess and integrate new marketing technologies and tools.Marketing Communications (MarCom)Oversee creation of corporate collateral: white papers, case studies, data sheets, executive presentations. Lead corporate website content strategy and maintenance, ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized messaging.

Collaborate with product marketing, demand-gen teams, and BUs to align corporate and product narratives.Product Launch ManagementLead the end-to-end corporate launch process with BUs: develop launch plans, create go-to-market collateral, and coordinate cross-functional readiness. Serve as liaison between marketing, product, sales, and PR to ensure timely, on-brand executionsTradeshows & Events ManagementPlan and execute corporate presence at industry tradeshows, conferences, and networking events. Manage logistics, budgets, booth design, collateral development, and staffing.

Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns and lead follow-up.Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and manage the marketing team and vendors ; foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify learning opportunities.Budget & Vendor ManagementOwn and optimize the corporate marketing budget.
