Director of Basketball Full-time Job

Rangitoto College is seeking a Director of Basketball to lead the participation and performance of our Basketball programme. This is an exciting new initiative that gives the successful candidate a chance to have a positive impact on our students and the wider community. The Director of Basketball will work closely with our wider sports department and will be responsible for building a successful pathway for our athletes that leads to an outstanding Basketball experience.We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:Coaching qualifications and/or equivalent experienceStrategic thinkingStrong planning and organisationExcellent communication skills A people person, able to build trust and maintain strong relationshipsCreative - outside the box thinkingFlexible, proactive This part time contract provides flexible working hours and a competitive salary to reflect the importance of the role.
