Our newest initiative,UpNow University, will bring togethertwo students from every countryfor a two-year global learning experience focused onsustainability, peace, governance, and human wellbeing.

Our mission:to empower the next generation to create a more peaceful and sustainable world.

We’re looking for avisionary Founder/Directorto help build UpNow University from the ground up — someone ready to design a new model for global education.

This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, secure partnerships, and lead fundraising for a project with world-changing potential.

You will:

· Define and lead the strategic vision for the project

· Build partnerships with global NGOs, universities, and philanthropists

· Oversee early development and pilot planning

· Represent UpNow on the global stage — to funders, media, and institutions

· Help shape a values-driven, inclusive culture from day one

· Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and resilient

· Able to work across cultures and time zones

· Willing to relocate or travel toArgentinaonce the program site is established

· Senior experience in NGOs, education, or global development (nice to have)
