The lead will also oversee the end-to-end process from the conceptualization, planning, designing, implementation, and post assessment of each digital solution.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and improve eB2B business processes and routines through automation, product enhancement and development.

Providing and recommending current digital solutions for commercial use. Act as consultants in providing solutions to commercial concerns. Identify, analyze, document and challenge internal & external customer requirements, to ensure the project meets business needs/strategic objectives.Solutions implementation.

Responsible for executing planned implementation of digital solutions to grow the eB2B Business model within the current GTM strategies and Order-To-Cash Process optimization (ordering platforms, cashless transactions, delivery systems and others). Conducts User Acceptance Test (UAT), Planning, Implementation and Training. Implement pilot or transition phase to ensure system capacity and stability.

Establish business continuity plan to support possible issues. Manages the scheduling and deployment of resources that will be assigned to implement the application/system.Solutions Management. Responsible for Managing internal and external solutions from solutions development to enhancement and maintenance.

Work with Technology Team in the development of required improvements in our existing tools and join in discussions with developers and vendors for new applications/systems. Review and update documentation of approved Digital Solutions processes, procedures, and product configuration.Conduct end to end assessment of Digital Tools. Manages alignments with external vendors, other functions and key stakeholders, coordination of training and train the trainers, documentation of digital processes and curation of the results.
