About the job

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. We’re looking to grow our agency with people who are passionate about their performance.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, we need you to listen, learn and get yourhands dirty.

As an assistant in a fast-paced agency, you have to be ready for anything… so listening carefully, taking notes and doing your best is key.

We’d expect you to have experience in at least two of the following disciplines.

Paid Ads

Paid campaigns are a crucial part of digital marketing strategy and so we want you to have a well grounded understanding of Google Ads, The Meta platform and other Social Media Ads like Tiktok and Linkedin.

SEO

We require you to have a sound knowledge of SEO. On Page – Content creation, content optimisation, load speed, migration AND Off Page – Link building; guest posting, citations and strategic digital agreements/partnerships.

Design

We need you to have a creative eye! Think web design, design-for-print, social media graphics or even promo videos. Can you demonstrate to us that you have a keen eye for design and proven skills in the Adobe Suite. Can you assist with pushing our design output to the next level?

Social Media

Can you demonstrate your role in the planning, production of content, scheduling, monitoring/engagement of social media pages for other businesses that receive good engagement?

Web Dev

Don’t panic! You don’t need to be coding websites from scratch (if you can then great!). We just need you to be able to demonstrate you’re competent with using WordPress and other common content management systems. These content management systems power all our websites and so it’s imperative that your knowledge of how to use these is up to scratch.

Data Analysis

A big part of our business is the data & reporting side of things. We need you to be familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager. You’ll need to be able to competently report on client campaigns from the get-go. Are you able to demonstrate your ability to use data to make improvements and informed decisions? This will be seen as an advantage!

Listen & Learn

Meetings, phonecalls, emails, whatsapps, DM’s, texts… it’ll be coming from all angles and you’ll be responsible for helping more senior members of the team deliver an excellent customer experience!

Going above and beyond to support your colleagues with a‘nothing is too much trouble’attitude will help you get that promotion. Proactivity and prioritisation of a busy and varied workload is key to success in this industry.
