We’re seeking a Reinsurance Analyst to join an underwriting operations team within a leading re/insurance organization. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in post-bind processing, financial data management, and reinsurance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Process and reconcile pro-rata accounts and bordereaux with high data accuracy

Monitor inward reporting and remittances; follow up with brokers or cedants

Support quarterly reviews, including premium validations and adjustments

Contribute to data governance and process improvement initiatives

Assist with financial closing activities and system testing (UAT)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field

2+ years of experience in re/insurance or audit

Strong understanding of reinsurance principles and accounting processes

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)

Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative

Progress toward CPCU, ARe, or CPA is an asset
