Cantor Fitzgerald Europe is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).Role Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Sale Side Debt Research Analyst, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.The analyst will conduct market research, analyze financial data, and provide insights into various debt instruments.The role holder will be responsible for assisting brokers with administrative tasks, examples beingPreparing detailed reports, communicating findings to clients, and collaborating with team members to support investment decisions.Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.Personal AttributesThe role holder will be able to demonstrate the following:Personal and professional integrity and credibility.Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.Resilience, resolve, persistence, and competitive attitude with the ability to work in a high pressured. intense environment.Is self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.Ability to adapt and overcome adversity.A strong team player, who works well with others and can establish positive working relationships.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.Being results oriented, producing a high-quality end result.QualificationsFluent in Hebrew both in verbal and written skills.3 – 5 years experienceExperience in a Credit Rating company or other research role is required.Experience in financial report analysis and company researchRelevant academic background, preferably a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldUnderstanding of financial services industry, and the sector in which the organization operates.Analytical Skills and StatisticsMarket Research and Research skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong numerical skills with the ability to undertake analysis and communicate key points to others.
