Deployment Officer Full-time Job

We are seeking a for a Deployment Officer who will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and activating merchant and wallet services both on-site and remotely. This includes setting up POS devices, merchant portals, and wallet applications, as well as providing comprehensive training to merchants and wallet users on how to use the services effectively. The role involves technical troubleshooting, user enablement, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms. The Deployment Officer works closely with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality service delivery.Responsibilities:Visit merchant locations.Visit Fintech agents.Training and deployment for merchants and agents.Technical support for merchants and agents.Requirement:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of Fintech services and hardware provided to the merchants and agents.Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.Educational Qualifications:High school Graduate, strong computer and smart devices literacy.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support in fintech, financial institutions or related industries.Knowledge:Computer and smart phone literacy.
