Data Entry Specialist Full-time Job

Work Setup: Onsite (Can do WFH after 6 months)

Position Overview:

This will be a hybrid position. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This Data Entry Specialist position must know basic SEO practices, Adobe Photoshop skills, and basic HTML knowledge. This role will support different departments for our client's business. You will be responsible for entering and updating data/content into the client's systems, clearing tasks within deadline, and performing various tasks related to SEO, Photoshop editing, and basic HTML editing to ensure high-quality output.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data with accuracy and attention to detail across various platforms.

• Optimize descriptions, metadata, and web content for SEO to improve search rankings.

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure entries are optimized for user experience.

• Perform basic edits and image resizing using Adobe Photoshop.

• Monitor and maintain data integrity across all platforms, ensuring all information is current and correct.

• Assist in basic SEO performance efforts to improve key metrics.

• Update certain pages using HTML method if necessary.

• Handling ad-hoc tasks asked by superiors.

• Complete due tasks within the given timeline.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Basic understanding and application in HTML application.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

• Basic knowledge and application in Adobe Photoshop for image edits.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have good communications and willing to do night shift (US Account).
