Company Description Temerach Garment ተመራጭ ጋርመንት is a startup business located in Addis Ababa, near the Robic (ሮቢክ) Hotel in Gelan Condominium. Our production center allows mothers, youth, and any Ethiopian seeking additional income to work from the comfort of their homes. We collaborate by offering samples, designs, and raw materials, and we pay based on the work produced.

We are committed to supporting mothers and individuals who need flexible working conditions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabric Cutter located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Cutter will be responsible for cutting fabric according to patterns and designs, ensuring precision and accuracy.

Daily tasks will involve working with various types of fabrics, maintaining cutting equipment, and collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets. The Cutter will also need to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications At least 1 year experience in cutting fabric and working with patternsPrecision and attention to detail in performing tasksAbility to handle cutting tools and equipment safelyCapability to work collaboratively in a team environmentBasic understanding of garment construction and designPhysical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksGood organizational skills and ability to meet set deadlinesPrior experience in a similar role is beneficial
