This role combines customer service excellence with proactive commercial project support, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across both daily operations and long-term business growth.

Your Impact

In this hybrid role, you will be both the trusted voice of our customers and a key partner for our project sales team. From guiding customers through inquiries to supporting the development of new opportunities in the Belgian market, you’ll contribute directly to customer satisfaction, sales success, and overall business performance.

What You Will Do

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and inquiries on products, orders, returns, and account details
  • Process daily orders in SAP, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle returns, credit notes, warranty claims, and after-sales support
  • Track outstanding payments, prepare account summaries, and support collections
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, empathetic communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and feedback
