Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives should possess strong customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction skills
Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience using customer service software or CRM systems
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable
