Customer Service Officer

OTP Bank Albania is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
Provide information about bank products and services.
Open new accounts and process loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a banking environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Albanian.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
