The Customer Care Associate is principally responsible for assigning, tracking, and maintaining a database for customer concerns/cases received by the department.Main AccountabilitiesOn a daily basis, assign escalated customer concerns/cases received by the department from Senior Management, BSP, Contact Center and & other units for handling by the Customer Care Officers.On a daily basis, maintain the department database for tracking of customer concerns/cases received by the department.Handle the administrative functions of the department for compliance and regulatory purposes.QualificationsBachelor's degree holder (any course)Must have good communication skills and basic customer service skillsFresh Graduates are welcome to applyProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office toolsAttention to details for database managementBasic data entry skills for database encoding
