At Vodafone Albania we are seeking for motivated and result driven candidate to join our Customer Operations Department with the aim to give customers quality support through understanding of needs, expectations, excellent services, communication, fast solutions, to support company to achieve all defined target according to company’s internal requirements. Your Role and Responsibilities • Handling calls and correspondence through CRM tools • Dealing with various customer inquiries related to services, accounts and company’s procedure • Being informed for the daily commercial promotions & any service modification for information providing to customer when requested • Being up-to-date on the changes that are related to specific internal instructions • Acting according to quality requirements and internal requirements to comply with high level services, minimizing fraud or revenue losses from customers and other company business units • Ensure customers queries / complaints are handled accurately and appropriately using excellent customer care practices by exceeding customer satisfaction objectives. • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, trainings, and other events necessary for constant skill upgrade and team targets achievements • Support Team Leader and contribute to maintain highest level of team morale • Understand Customers profiles for each action taken and record data/action according to procedures What we offer: • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Full private healthcare coverage for yourself • Access to our training platform • Opportunities for career growth and professional development • A dynamic and collaborative work environment Skills
What You Bring • University degree is preferred • Excellent customer service and communication skills in Albanian and English (written and spoken) • Good knowledge of computer skills and other technologies • Good organizational skills and flexibility to changes that will occur on the company, business and on his functions to fulfill duties. • Availability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays, according to business needs
