To support our mission and expansion, we are now inviting high calibre and passionate professional who strives for excellence to join our team.Pizza Hut Hong Kong Management Limited is a member of Jardine Restaurant Group Hong Kong, which operates the Pizza Hut, PHD and KFC franchise in Hong Kong and Macau with combined store footprint of over 220 stores and more than 9,000 employees.What You’ll DoLead Loyalty Initiatives: Manage and optimize our flagship loyalty program, Hut Rewards, and other marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.Drive Customer Growth: Implement CRM strategies and automation to boost acquisition, retention, and reactivation throughout the customer lifecycle.Turn Data into Action: Analyze member data to design impactful CRM plans and activities that enhance sales and loyalty.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and promotions.Measure Impact: Review campaign performance, track ROI and KPIs, and continuously improve strategies.Innovate & Adapt: Support exciting ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM/Marketing experience, preferably in Retail, F&B, or FMCG.Passionate about F&B and customer engagement.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
