Creative Lead (Bilingual – English & Korean)Location: Seoul, South Korea (On-Site)Company: CORE-AAbout CORE-ACORE-A is a bilingual, full-service production company based in Seoul, working globally across branded content and commercial film. We pride ourselves on crafting stories that balance cinematic storytelling with authentic cultural connection, from large-scale hero films to creative campaigns that define brand images.This role is only open to people currently residing in South Korea with proper work authorization, we are unable to sponsor a visa for this position. No exceptions will be made. The RoleThis Creative Lead will work under a Creative Director and alongside producers, junior creatives, and directors to refine ideas and prepare pitches and proposals that stand out and win clients.

The role requires strong design skills, a deep library of visual references, working knowledge of production workflows, and the ability to present confidently and handle tough questions in both English and Korean.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate creative concepts for brand campaigns, hero films, and web content series.Lead a small team of other creatives and producers to bring ideas to life: from pitch to production.Craft compelling pitches and creative decks that merge visual references, brand insight, and strong narrative flow.Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and clients to align creative direction with production realities.Maintain a high level of design and visual storytelling, ensuring all presentations and deliverables meet CORE-A’s standards.Source and curate visual and cinematic references that communicate tone, mood, and creative direction.Present and pitch ideas confidently in both Korean and English.Stay current on cultural, design, and content trendsRequirements3-5 years of experience in a creative or production-focused role (agency, studio, or in-house).Proven experience concepting and pitching campaigns or branded content.Strong sense of narrative, design, and tone, able to tell stories that resonate across cultures.Understanding of production workflows (video, motion, post, etc.) and the ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution.Excellent deck-building and presentation skills: Google Slides, Adobe CC, or equivalent.Fluency in English and Korean, both spoken and written.
