This role requires a balance between creative intuition and disciplined execution: you will localize and develop visuals that resonate emotionally with Japanese audiences while adhering to Traveloka’s global brand guidelines.You will collaborate closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and regional creative teams to produce and adapt campaign key visuals (KVs) and channel-specific assets across digital and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic judgment, understands Japanese youth culture and visual trends, and can communicate effectively with both local and global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & LocalizationConceptualize and design campaign key visuals (KVs) for monthly campaigns and partner promotions (airlines, hotels, etc.)Adapt global creative concepts to the Japanese market while maintaining brand consistencyDevelop visual assets for multi-channel use, including app banners, social media, digital ads, and OOHAsset Production & RevisionCreate and resize assets for various channels and formats (Meta, YouTube, LINE, display ads, etc.)Manage quick turnaround revisions to meet campaign timelinesMaintain a consistent visual tone across campaigns and verticalsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Campaign Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Product teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign strategyPartner with the Regional/Global Creative and Brand teams to uphold brand standards and ensure creative qualityProvide cultural and visual insights from Japan to the central creative team to enhance global understanding of local usersQuality Control & Asset ManagementEnsure all materials meet technical requirements and quality standards before deliveryManage and organize creative files and archives for efficient future useRequirementsRequirementsExperience3–5 years of experience in graphic design or creative production, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or consumer brandsExperience working in fast-paced campaign environments with multiple concurrent projectsEducationBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative fieldTechnical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Familiarity with design for digital platforms (web, app, social, display ads)Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plusUnderstanding of brand systems and creative localization processesSoft SkillsStrong visual storytelling ability rooted in Japanese culture and consumer insightExcellent attention to detail, layout, and typographyEffective communicator with cross-functional and cross-cultural teamsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight timelinesLanguage RequirementsFluent in Japanese; business-level English proficiency required for collaboration with regional/global teamsIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
