Corporate Trainer - Power Platform Full-time Job

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Power Platform to deliver high-impact training programs on Microsoft’s low-code/no-code ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Platform Developer tools, and Copilot Studio, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

As a Power Platform Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical learning programs for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio, Dataverse, etc.).

Conduct hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and certification-focused sessions (PL-series).

Customize training content to suit the skill level of different audiences—beginner to advanced.

Stay updated on the latest features, best practices, and industry trends within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Provide post-training support, mentoring, and assessment of learner progress.

Collaborate with internal teams to align training objectives with business needs and emerging technologies.

Travel globally to client sites and training centers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – Mandatory or in progress.

One or more Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600).

Proven experience in developing and delivering training on Microsoft technologies.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Dataverse)

Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows)

Power BI (Data Modeling, Visualization, DAX)

Power Platform Developer tools (Custom Connectors, API integration)

Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt training delivery for global and multicultural audiences.

Willingness to travel internationally and work in rotational shifts.
