It will suit someone who enjoys a diverse range of work since you could be advising on everything from corporate and finance-related matters to the ever-changing regulatory and compliance landscape that clients in this sector must navigate. You may even be called on to offer support in disputes from time to time. It promises to be challenging, exciting, and ultimately highly rewarding.
Requirements
Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada).
Likely to suit someone with 5-6 years’ PQE (5 years’ PQE required for work permit).
Strong corporate law background with experience of, or a keen interest in, the crypto/digital assets/fintech sector.
