What you will do:Leads the company’s overall communications strategy and implementation of its key programsResponsible for the implementation of corporate engagement plans to drive brand trust through corporate-led initiativesLeads end-to-end strategic communication plans of McDonald's key programs that promotes and enhances the brand’s image and reputation to internal and external stakeholdersEnsures alignment of corporate engagement strategies and communication plans with the organization’s business and brand goalsWorks with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, in developing communication strategies that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging to target audiencesProvides communication support to the organization’s corporate social responsibility, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)What we are looking for: At least 5 years working experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or the similar fieldMust have high acumen for strategic thinking and insighting, project management, organization, and planning skillsWho you will work with: Be part of a high-caliber team where you’ll learn from the best employees from different fields.
