The role blends strategic coordination, executive support, and operational oversight to enhance execution and alignment across the organization.Key Responsibilities Strategic & Executive SupportPrepare executive materials, briefings, and governance updates for senior leadershipCoordinate key forums and track strategic priorities to ensure effective executionStrengthen communication and alignment across COO departments and Business Units COO Project Portfolio ManagementOversee the COO project portfolio, ensuring visibility on progress, risks, and performanceSupport intake, prioritization, and reporting processes in line with TS4PM standardsDeliver portfolio insights and foster a strong project management community Investment Lifecycle Management (Deputy)Support end-to-end governance, execution, and reporting of the BU investment portfolioEnsure compliance with Group frameworks (e.g.

The specific salary offered considers:the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
