Contract Manager - Water Treatment & Distribution Sector Are you an experienced contract manager in the water treatment and distribution sector? Join us to play a key role in managing contracts for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater projects!As a Contract Manager, you will ensure all contractual obligations are met, collaborate with teams and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities :Contract Management & Negotiation: Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure contracts are clear, achievable, and legally compliant.Execution & Compliance: Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Cost Control & Budget: Collaborate with teams to ensure projects stay within budget, review invoices and claims, and manage cost escalations.Dispute Resolution: Act as the point of contact for disputes and collaborate with legal teams to resolve issues.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, providing guidance on contract-related matters throughout the project.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate contract records and prepare regular performance reports.What We’re Looking For : Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in contract management within water treatment or related sectors. Skills: Strong knowledge of contractual law, excellent negotiation and communication skills. Tools & Knowledge: Familiarity with project management and contract management tools.
