We’re Hiring! – Content Moderator (Traditional Mandarin) Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Open to candidates willing to relocate to Malaysia ️ Nationality: Hong Kong Job Highlights: • Fresh graduates are welcome – no prior experience required! • 5 working days, 2 days off (non-fixed) • Current shift: 7 AM – 10 PM (may change to 24/7 rotation) Compensation Package: • Base Salary: RM 10,000 – RM 11,000 • KPI Incentive: RM 300 • Shift Allowance: Included • Night Shift (8 PM – 6 AM): • >5 hours → RM 16/hour • <4 hours → RM 11/hour Key Responsibilities: • Review online videos, content, and copyright complaints from users • Verify and update content on a popular social media platform • Conduct audits of uploaded content and ensure compliance with community guidelines Requirements: • Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin (Read/Speak) • Good command of English (verbal & written) • Awareness of current events & social media trends • Analytical, mature, and a strong team player • Prior experience in LPO, regulatory, or social media moderation is an added advantage Apply Now: somya@mindpec.com WhatsApp: +60392123229
