With 5+ years of experience in content strategy or leadership, ideally in digital finance, fintech, or Web3, you will craft compelling stories and lead innovative strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging AI tools to deliver content that empowers users, builds trust, and supports RedotPay’s rapid global growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver a holistic content strategy aligned with business goals and brand vision.
Plan the content calendar, managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and resources efficiently to ensure timely and flawless publication. Ensure all initiatives are audience-centric, purposeful, and measurable.Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across formats (articles, social media, case studies), maintaining a consistent and user-first brand voice.Project Management & Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Product team to develop a strong understanding of product requirements and roadmap, ensuring content strategies are aligned with user-focused narratives. Collaborate with operations, compliance, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.
Act as the central hub for all content-related needs.AI-Driven Innovation: Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance content research, ideation, and production workflows, creating fresh formats and improving efficiency.Data & Insights: Track performance across channels, analyze engagement and conversion metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.Requirements5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or marketing roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity, including direct experience in project management.Near Native proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.Strong background in fintech, digital assets, or technology sectors preferred.Proven ability to design and implement content strategies that drive measurable business results.Meticulous and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all content deliverables.Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial and Web3 concepts into simple, compelling narratives.Experience collaborating with Product teams and a strong ability to translate product specifications and updates into user-centric content.Proficiency in using analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.Familiarity with AI-powered content and productivity tools is a plus.
