Community Outreach Coordinator Full-time Job

Plan, organize and implement community outreach programs and initiatives to address the needs of underserved populations. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including local organizations, government agencies and faith-based groups. Conduct community needs assessments to identify key challenges and opportunities. Recruit and train volunteers to support outreach activities. Promote community awareness of available resources and services through presentations, workshops and outreach events. Provide case management services to individuals and families, connecting them with appropriate resources and support. Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement comprehensive service plans. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program activities. Prepare reports on program outcomes and impact. Advocate for policies and programs that address the needs of marginalized communities. Stay updated on community trends and developments. Participate in community events and meetings. Represent the organization at community gatherings. Assist with grant writing and fundraising activities. Conduct research on best practices in community outreach. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Provide culturally sensitive services to diverse populations. Manage program budgets and expenses. Develop marketing materials to promote programs and services. Work collaboratively with other organizations to address community needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
