What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality, personalized customer support with professionalism and empathy

Manage and resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints using CRM systems

Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely, effective resolutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Maintain accurate documentation for new, renewal, and cancellation processes

Consistently work towards individual and team KPIs

Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service standards

Support customer satisfaction initiatives and share insights for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client relationship role

Proficiency in English; Arabic speakers are strongly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM/Desk or similar is an advantage)

A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach
