Role Description This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Oslo Region, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home options. As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will lead the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing sales plans, managing sales operations, training and leading the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships. You will play a crucial role in aligning sales efforts with the overall strategic goals of the organization. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales ManagementStrong skills in Training and developing sales teamsExperience in Team Management and leadershipExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to align sales goals with organizational objectivesExperience in technology or digital transformation industries is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferredProficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis softwareAbility to adapt in a hybrid work environment and collaborate across diverse teamsexperienced in finding and winning tenders will be a big plus.Fundraising experienceTwo months ago we acquired a norwegian mobility technology.
