Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, you’ll shape and deliver a forward-thinking technology strategy that drives innovation and supports organisational goals.Broadly, The Core Responsibilities IncludeLeadership of the IT team to build and promote a high performing and service-oriented cultureDeveloping and adapting the IT strategy to support organisational growth and evolving needsRelationship management with internal and external stakeholders and vendors Oversight of the IT budget and expenditure, including asset managementOversight of ProjectsManage and mitigate risks to ensure robust system integrity and cyber securityTechnical environment is secure, efficient and operational Alongside meeting the essential criteria, you’ll bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and empower your team and influence decision making at a senior management level.
