The organization introduces digital financial literacy through a unique apprenticeship system, helping women adopt digital wallets, practice digital bookkeeping, and develop financial safety strategies. With a vision of fostering digital agency for women, Zeekorah focuses on digital inclusion, economic safety, and sustainable livelihoods to transform informal enterprises into structured businesses. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Co-Founder, based in Zurich, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will work closely with the team to shape the organization's vision, develop and execute strategic plans, and expand operational reach. Responsibilities include leading partnerships, managing sales and marketing strategies, conducting financial and market analyses, and driving sustainable growth. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in promoting gender justice and economic empowerment in alignment with the organization's core mission.
