If you are motivated by the perspective of joining a big, trusted and recognized group, then let's meet !To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Logistics Planning & Supply Chain Operations Associate.MissionsLiaise with Principals Purchasing, Finance Departments and Fiscal Reps to perform Supply Chain Operations activities on their behalfProvide a key link in Supply Chain between intercompany and third party supply sites and marketsEnsure that customer and supply sites comply with Business and Tolling RulesResolve discrepancies in quantity and timing of market ordersReceipt and entry of market orders as per business rulesReceipt and process supplier invoices and follow up on price discrepancies, and payment queriesAccurate receipt and process Tolling Fee invoicesPerform all activities in accordance to Good Distribution ProcedureIssue invoices to markets / customersIssue required shipping documents, certify with local Chamber of Commerce and legalise with relevant Embassies as requiredManage the planning of Transportation Movements with all approved transportation companies and storage facilities, on behalf of principal from all sites (CMOs, DCs, Intercompany etc)Co-ordinate Redeployments/Returns/Sample shipmentsLiaise with QC for testing, release and generation of CoAs for API if applicableLiaise with QC for QP inspection and release of Drug ProductsAssist with the Investigation, and successful resolution, of Transportation & Distribution incidents on behalf of ExM in InfinityResponsible for reviewing, analysing and authorising Vendor Logistics InvoicesAssist and support Master Data related to customers, contracts and BOMsUse reports to monitor and ensure data integrity if applicableReceive and forward Customer Complaints as per established proceduresFollow up and expedite for prompt resolution(s)Perform all SAP transactions in compliant mannerMeet Finance deadline for month-end and year-end sales reportingProvide supporting documentation for Financial Audits as requested ProfileSupply Chain or Business qualification Diploma standard3 years experience in Multinational Supply Chain Environment, preferably within the Life Sciences sectorDemonstrate efficiency in Supply Chain administration, accuracy and timeliness of order processingSet demanding goals for themselves while maintaining accuracy and a high level of productivityExhibit a strong ability to use computer systems efficiently, workable knowledge of ERP system, ideally SAPGood understanding of business specific organisations & functions (Quality, Finance, SRM, Procurement, EHS, Replenishment & Customer Planning)GMP & GDP trained and have a clear understanding of the Quality requirements of the businessKnowledge of Supply Chain Operations standardsKnowledge of order processing and invoicing activitiesFor informationStart date: JanuaryLocation: Neuchâtel CHContract: Long termLanguages: Fluent in English and FrenchEuropean citizen required
