Call Center Operator (Azerbaijani) Full-time Job

Find Solution BPO is looking for a Call Center Operator with excellent Azerbaijani language skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, providing customer service and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers

Provide customer service and resolve customer issues

Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve customer issues

Document all customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner

Meet or exceed performance goals

Qualifications:

Excellent Azerbaijani language skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent
