Butler Full-time Job

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Butlers to join our Luxury Included Team at Sandals Resorts. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating unforgettable vacation experiences.

Responsibilities:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Ensure guests are greeted and escorted to their suites upon arrival

Assist guests with unpacking and packing luggage

Arrange and confirm resort and off-site dining, tours, transportation, spa and other requested activities.

Serve meals and beverages in the suite as requested

Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, services and promotions

Anticipate guests' needs and pro-actively provide assistance and information

Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Ensure suites are well-maintained and stocked according to established standards

Perform nightly turndown service

Attend to all guest requests promptly and efficiently

Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest information

Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Assist with setting up special events or parties in the suite, as requested.

Adhere to the Sandals Resorts grooming and uniform standards.

Attend to any guest requests

To mix and serve drinks in accordance with set standards

To set up tables, food and beverage service efficiently

To handle guest complaints, comments and suggestions.

To be able to expedite all room service requests. Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury resort or hotel is preferred

Certification in Butler service from a recognized institution will be an asset

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
