Business & Operation Manager- Car Rental Full-time Job

Our client is seeking a highly experiencedBusiness & Operations Managerto lead and grow their car rental business in Dubai. This leadership role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a commercial driver, operational optimizer, and market strategist—someone who knows the UAE car rental market inside out and can elevate performance across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the car rental network to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Develop and implementbusiness growth strategies, including partnerships, B2B agreements, and digital initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Oversee fleet utilization, procurement, and maintenance processes for optimal ROI.
• Set and monitor KPIs for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE transport, RTA, and insurance regulations.
• Work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to drive performance and expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum8–10 years of progressive experiencein the UAE car rental industry, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record inbusiness development, operations management, and process optimization.
• Strong market knowledge of Dubai’s mobility, tourism, and corporate leasing sectors.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Pay:

AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
