Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in Sales, account management

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques

• General Knowledge of Business

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Attract new clients by identifying opportunities and delivering pitches.

• Risk Management: Work with senior team members to manage risks that could hinder growth.

• Market Research: Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.

• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the business.

• Client Relationships: Maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Proposal Development: Customize proposals for each client’s specific needs.

• CRM Management: Maintain client activities in the CRM system.
