Business Data migration Lead SAP FI Full-time Job

We are currently looking for a Business Data migration Lead – SAP FI to work on a 6+ month, remote project in LATAM.

Job Title: Business Data migration Lead – SAP FI.

Location: Remote in LATAM.

Start Date: ASAP.

Length: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

Coordinate business-related data migration activities for the LACAN ERP deployment, with a focus on Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain domains.

Identify and eliminate execution roadblocks to ensure timely data delivery.

Ensure appropriate resource allocation for all data migration activities.

Oversee business-led data migration tasks, including data cleansing, verification, and approvals.

Manage stakeholder engagement across relevant countries and deployment teams.

Define standardized data cleansing approaches and implement supporting tools.

Skills:

Fluent in English

Strong SAP business process and data expertise, particularly in the Finance domain; knowledge in Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain is also important.

Based in Mexico or another Latin American country

Excellent coordination, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Cross-functional knowledge and strong leadership skills; ability to succeed in an international, matrix-based organization.

Languages:

Advanced level of English.
