Working with us means joining a dynamic, international team that values quality, collaboration, and professional growth.We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Business Controlling Department as:Business Controlling SpecialistWHAT WOULD YOU DO?Independently collect and process data for the implementation of the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) system in the PP Group.Independently collect and process data for feasibility studies and other business analyses, as well as for calculating the financial impact of business activities and opportunities on the Group’s profitability.Participate in the development of analytical processes and tools for the BPM (Business Performance Management) system at the Group level and provide support in analyzing key business indicators in line with the Group’s strategy.Participate in preparing long-term strategic plans and financial models, as well as in analyzing and monitoring strategic projects.Independently collect and assist in processing data related to financial support, profitability analysis, and optimization of marketing and customer investments to increase return on investment.Support the sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams in various operational optimizations, efficiency improvements, and planning and reporting processes.Continuously monitor all business processes related to RGM and BPMS within the Group and identify potential areas for improvement.Consolidate and prepare Group marketing reports and support the preparation of business cases for new product launches.Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.WHAT DO WE EXPECT?Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).A university degree, preferably in the field of mathematics or economicsA minimum of 2 -3 years professional experience in same or similar roles or in the roles relating to financial/business controlling, preferably in the FCMG/CPG sector or auditing.

Experience with working in Business Intelligence tools (COGNOS Analytics, POWER BI, SAP BI) is a plus.
