Bij Xelor zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst – Payments die als consultant onze klant ondersteunt bij uitdagende projecten in de financiële sector.

Jobbeschrijving

Als Business Analyst werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en integratie van nieuwe groepsprojecten binnen het domein betalingen.

Je vormt de brug tussen business, operations, IT-teams en externe leveranciers om veranderingen efficiënt te realiseren.

Je verzamelt en analyseert businessvereisten, organiseert workshops met stakeholders en vertaalt de noden van de business naar duidelijke functionele specificaties. Daarnaast ondersteun je testfasen (UAT), werk je mee aan change management en help je bij rapportering en communicatie naar senior management.

Skills – wat breng je mee?

Technische en functionele kennis:

Ervaring als Business Analyst binnen banking of financiële dienstverlening, bij voorkeur in payments

Sterke kennis van betalingssystemen en -schema’s (zoals A2A, SEPA, Cards)

Ervaring in requirementsanalyse en testcoördinatie

Kennis van regulatoire documentatie, leveranciersdocumentatie en industrie-standaarden

Talen:

Vloeiend Nederlands is een must

Een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en Engels is wenselijk

Soft skills:

Sterk analytisch en gestructureerd denker

Communicatief sterk en in staat om met diverse stakeholders te werken

Proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Ervaring met werken in hybride projectmanagement of Agile/Scrum-omgevingen
