We’re looking for a talented professional to join our client’s team, contributing to innovative projects within the airline industry. Working within a supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to influence the digital transformation of airline operations spanning various global regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will support global systems and projects by analyzing, testing, and implementing tools that enhance overall performance and customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Acting as a key member of the Airline center of excellence with expertise in processes, systems, and tools across the network.
Providing 3rd line application support for Quality & Safety Management and Crew Management.
Collaborating with stakeholders to document, implement, and support various systems.
Analyzing user requests to facilitate continuous improvement in coordination with the Program Manager.
Coordinating and championing change efforts in a complex, multi-airline regulatory environment.
Supporting project stages through analysis, design, testing, and implementation, involving the preparation of test cases and user training.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in an airline context such as Flight Safety Management, Operations, or Crew Planning.
Proficiency in Quality & Safety and/or Training Management and/or Crew Planning applications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical or operational aviation role, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch at various organizational levels.
Strong IT aptitude, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or QTest being a plus.
